We are working collaboratively with Loxford PCN, we will have a wider team including Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, Diabetic Dietitian and First Contact Physiotherapists.
We are also a teaching and training practice so there will be GP Trainees onsite as well as medical students that may be shadowing our GPs, if you are not comfortable with a student in the room they can just tell the receptionist.
